We charge a one-time recruitment fee per coach placed. The exact amount depends on the role and the package you choose. Get in touch and we will send you a proposal.
On average between 30 and 45 days from the start of the search to the coach arriving. Visa processing can extend that depending on the country and the nationality of the coach.
With a job board, you post the vacancy and handle everything yourself: filtering applications, assessing coaches, running interviews, etc. That takes time, and if you do not know the padel coaching market well, it takes even longer. We go into our vetted database of qualified coaches, find the ones that fit your club, and send you a shortlist of the best matches. You stay involved in the interviews and make the final call on who joins your team. We handle everything around that so you can stay focused on running your club.
We offer a 90-day replacement guarantee. If the match is not right within the first 90 days, we find you a replacement at no extra cost.

For Coaches
Finding a job through us is completely free for coaches. We are paid by the club, not by you. There are optional paid products in our network, but those are entirely your choice and never a condition.
A short form, normally under 10 minutes. After that, if your profile is a fit, we schedule a screening call. We put you forward for relevant roles, coordinate interviews, and support you through to placement.
We have opportunities worldwide. Most of the roles we offer include a competitive salary, accommodation, and flights covered by the club.
We work exclusively with fully qualified padel coaches. That said, the coaching skills you already have are exactly what makes a great padel coach. Our online and in-person courses with Horacio Álvarez Clementi are the fastest way to get fully qualified.
