Our Story

Powering the Future of Padel

Padel Maestros is a global recruitment platform dedicated exclusively to padel. Founded in 2023 by Borja Camacho, we bridge the gap between talent and ambitious clubs.

The Origin

Born from Borja Camacho’s experience in racket sports, Padel Maestros started with a clear understanding of both sides of the industry. Having played tennis from a young age and later worked as a padel coach abroad in the Netherlands, Borja experienced first-hand what it means to build a career in a different country.

That journey revealed a clear gap: clubs struggling to find the right talent, and coaches struggling to find the right opportunities. Padel Maestros was created to bridge that gap.

The Mission

Our mission is to contribute to the growth of padel by helping the right people find the right opportunities, with an approach built on quality, trust, and long-term fit. We don't just connect clubs with coaches; we build careers and elevate academies through our own training methodology.
