1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility

By using this website or submitting any form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. If you are submitting information on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

3. Nature of Our Services

Padel Maestros LTD provides candidate-finding and professional introduction services to padel clubs, academies, and sports organisations internationally. We identify and introduce coaching professionals to clubs based on their stated requirements, acting as an independent intermediary on a commission basis.

We also offer optional training and professional development services to coaching professionals, delivered in partnership with qualified methodology specialists. These training services are entirely separate from and independent of the candidate-finding service. Participation in any training programme is never a condition of being introduced to any club or considered for any opportunity.

We do not guarantee the successful introduction or engagement of any coaching professional. Our service consists of the introduction process itself. Any engagement — whether employment, freelance, or otherwise — concluded between a club and a coaching professional is exclusively a matter between those two parties.

4. For Coaching Professionals

By submitting a profile through our website, you agree to the following:

• All information submitted is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for keeping it current.
• You grant Padel Maestros LTD permission to share your profile — including your CV, profile video, contact details, and professional information — with clubs and organisations relevant to your expressed preferences and availability, for the purpose of facilitating an introduction.
• Your profile will remain active and be considered for relevant opportunities until you request its removal.
• Introduction to clubs is always provided entirely free of charge. No placement fee, registration fee, or any other fee related to the candidate-finding service is ever charged to coaching professionals.
• Any training or development services offered by Padel Maestros LTD are entirely optional and have no bearing on whether your profile is presented to any club.
• You may request removal of your profile at any time by contacting [email protected]. We will confirm removal within 14 days.

5. For Clubs and Organisations

By requesting candidate introductions or submitting an enquiry through our website, you agree to the following:

• All information provided about the role, working conditions, and compensation is accurate and complete.
• All candidate profiles, CVs, videos, and contact details shared by Padel Maestros LTD are strictly confidential. They may only be used to evaluate and engage the specific candidates presented. They may not be shared with any third party, affiliated organisation, or other agency without the prior written consent of Padel Maestros LTD.
• If you engage any candidate introduced by Padel Maestros LTD — whether directly or through any third party, affiliated entity, or indirect arrangement — within 24 months of the date of introduction, the applicable service fee is due in full.
• Detailed payment terms and fee structures are set out in the separate service agreement signed between your organisation and Padel Maestros LTD prior to the commencement of any search.

6. Confidentiality

All introductions facilitated by Padel Maestros LTD constitute confidential business introductions representing significant investment of time, resources, and professional judgement on our part.

Any user of this website who receives confidential information — including but not limited to candidate profiles, contact details, CVs, videos, or any other materials — agrees not to disclose, forward, share, or otherwise distribute that information to any third party without the prior written consent of Padel Maestros LTD.

Breach of this obligation may result in legal proceedings and a claim for damages, including the full applicable service fee and any reasonable legal costs incurred in enforcement.

7. Data Processing

By submitting information through this website — whether as a coaching professional or as a club — you acknowledge and agree that Padel Maestros LTD will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Clubs and organisations that receive coaching professional profiles through our service acknowledge that they are acting as independent data controllers in respect of any candidate data they hold, and that they are responsible for handling such data in compliance with applicable data protection law, including the GDPR where applicable.

Clubs agree not to retain any candidate data provided by Padel Maestros LTD beyond the period necessary for the evaluation of the relevant candidate, and to delete all such data if no engagement is concluded.

8. User-Submitted Content

By uploading or submitting any content through our website — including CVs, photographs, and videos — you confirm that:

• You are the owner of the content or have the full right to submit it.
• The content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
• You grant Padel Maestros LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and share the content solely for the purpose of providing the services described in these Terms.

You retain ownership of all submitted content. You may request its removal at any time by contacting [email protected].

9. Third-Party Tools and Services

Our website integrates the following third-party tools:

• Calendly — for scheduling introductory meetings. By booking through Calendly, you also accept Calendly’s own terms of service and privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — for website analytics, deployed only with your prior consent via our cookie banner.
• Google Workspace — for email communications and document management.

Padel Maestros LTD is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of any third-party service. Links to third-party websites do not constitute endorsement.

10. Disclaimer of Guarantees

Padel Maestros LTD makes no warranty, express or implied, that use of this website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the website will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee the success of any introduction or the suitability, availability, or conduct of any coaching professional or club. Our service consists of the introduction process only. We are not responsible for the outcome of any engagement between a club and a coaching professional.

11. Limitation of Liability

Padel Maestros LTD acts solely as an independent intermediary. We are not a party to any employment, freelance, contractor, or service agreement concluded between a club and a coaching professional, and we accept no liability arising from such agreements.

We are not liable for:

• The performance, conduct, qualifications, or suitability of any coaching professional introduced through our service.
• Any loss, damage, or dispute arising from the professional relationship between a club and a coaching professional.
• Any inaccuracies in information submitted by coaches or clubs through our website.
• Any indirect, special, consequential, or economic loss arising from the use of this website or our services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability in connection with any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the service fee paid by the relevant club for the specific introduction giving rise to the claim.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, branding, logos, images, methodology descriptions, and blog content — is the intellectual property of Padel Maestros LTD or its licensed partners. Nothing on this website grants any licence to reproduce, distribute, adapt, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
